      •     Customers are responsible for securely packaging their device prior to shipping.
      •     Elite Phone Inc. is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit.
      •     We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for your protection.
      •     The final trade-in value will be confirmed only after a complete inspection of your device.
If a device arrives damaged, or its condition differs from the description provided, the quoted value may be adjusted or declined.

Phone Repairs
      •     All repairs are subject to a pre-inspection to confirm eligibility.
      •     Customers will be provided with an estimated cost and turnaround time prior to repair.
      •     Elite Phone Inc. is not responsible for additional issues discovered during the repair process that were not disclosed or visible beforehand.
      •     Warranty coverage for repairs will be clearly communicated at the time of service.
