Refund Policy

At Elite Phone Inc., your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return or exchange process simple and transparent.

Refund Eligibility

Accessories and refurbished devices may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

      •     Custom or special-order items

      •     Opened or used earphones/headphones (due to hygiene reasons)

      •     Products marked Final Sale at the time of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

      •     Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

      •     Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email info@elitephone.ca with the following:

      •     Full name

      •     Order number

      •     Reason for return

      •     Photo evidence (if applicable)

Our team will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Eligible items can also be returned in person at our store:

Note: Elite Phone Inc. reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
